I used to suffer from masturbation pretty commonly (few times per week) but I am doing it less and less now, which is great but sometimes i cant focus because of temptation. I try to keep away from media and I think it is happening because I am young. Lots of people say you are allowed to if it is causing lots of disruption and maybe even harm, I would just like an example of a situation where you are allowed to masturbate because of distraction.
