Salaam, A few times when I was praying alone someone else in the vicinity of me tried talking to me not realizing I was praying. When it happened I would stop praying to respond to them but then just do my prayer all over again. Having to start over again feels frustrating because I really struggle with perfectionism in my salah that is really discouraging. Is there some other thing I should do instead or is stopping and restarting the best thing to do?
