My neighbor had a stroke 5 months ago and he will finally come home tomorrow! My family and I are super excited but we weren't sure what an appropriate gift would be. He is in his 70's and my mother wanted to get him a plant or flowers. But in our culture certain flowers have certain meanings and we aren't sure if this is the same in Islamic culture. I would appreciate any gift suggestions .
