Or ˹because˺ they say, “He is insane?” In fact, he has come to them with the truth, but most of them are hateful of the truth.
And if The Truth followed their desires, the heavens and the earth, and whoever is therein, would have gone to ruin. Nay! We brought them their Remembrance, but they, from their Remembrance, are ones who turn way.
And if We were to have mercy on them and remove what distress was upon them, they would still return to persist in their transgression, wandering blindly.
