Say for example I borrow some money from some organization, now instead of them charging me interest until it's paid back they charge me a fixed amount every month until it's paid back, and they call it a service fee. Is it allowed to provide and utilize something like this?
Technically they are providing a valuable service, a way to borrow money without paying interest. You could equate it to being a member of some program.
