If this is not permitted, I’m sorry to have bothered you and I’ll delete. Also, I must apologize if I make any mistakes, I’m trying to learn.

I have noticed the Hadith speaks about Christ and his role in the final battles as prophesied. It is said Christ would join Al-Mahdi against Al-Masih ad-Dajjal.

Why are Christians and Muslims not closer as Brothers against evil? Does Islam see our God as the same God, the God of Abraham (Ibrahim)?
