can someone help me with finding & translating a study i think its french that talks about Abraha al-Ashram

Abraha is most likely The leader of The army believed to be mentioned as The people of the elephant in the Quran. There is a somewhat newly discovered script in the hemriate language. The reference is in French and i am not sure how to find it this is the wiki page
