To what degree should we obey and stay with our parents if they’re toxic and abusive either mentally or physically or both.
Islam says to always love and respect our parents but what if they dont love and respect us back?
In my country (majority are muslims), when issues of toxic parents are brought up . They would always say that no matter what, love and respect and listen to your parents.
