This issue has been bugging me since the pandemic started.
I have a habit of yawning a lot if i have my mask on for over 30 minutes and I’m just confused on if I should cover my mouth over my mask or if the mask substitutes my hand?
My mom says i should just cover it since that’s what we usually do
