In the Bible (and Torah? I’m unfamiliar), Abraham’s original name was Abram, and then “god” changed it to Abraham. I know that in Islam, Abraham = Ibrahim. So was Ibrahim originally called Ibram, or is that not part of the narrative for Muslims? (I have no agenda, I’m genuinely just interested in the evolution of the names and differences between abrahamic faiths.)
