I must admit I haven't prayed in a long time, and today I thought I would come back to my prayer and start salah. As soon as I prayed maghrib , on my 4th rakah or so I started getting cramps in my leg muscles, especially when coming down to sajda (not from going up as much). I am relatively fit and young, and try to work out a few times per week, so I'm not sure why this happens to me, but it's happened in the past as well.
It's embarrassing to even write this, but wondering if anyone else can relate.
