I can’t seem to figure out what would happen to my wealth if I died without children. I am married & have independent wealth outside of my husband. I want to be prepared in case something happens, Allah swt forbid.
I don’t think it would go to my husband. It doesn’t make sense that he would be entitled to my money in my death, but not in life.
