Salamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatu. I apologize if this isn't the subreddit to ask for this but I don't know where to ask help. A friend of mine's mother in law passed away in middle east working there. He doesn't know how to read this autopsy report. He asked me to read it since I lived in middle east for few years but my Arabic isn't really good and I couldn't understand it either. I don't know any of my friends that can understand arabic. That's why I'm asking here. My friend said he suspected a foul play that's why he wants to understand this autopsy report.
