I’m confused why the movie was banned in Malaysia for that reason. I’m not Muslim so correct me if I’m wrong, but don’t Muslim consider themselves to be the successors of the Old Testament Jews the same way Christians do? The only reason I can think of would be the modern day tension between Palestine and Israel, but even then the story of Exodus is considered to be Muslim history as much as it is Jewish, isn’t it?
