in my studies i have found that prophet muhammas (pbuh) spoke very little, as in only when needed. it is also mentioned by scholars that its best to only speak what is necessary and try to talk less.
How can i talk less? i am trying to keep my attention on talking less but is there a way to restrict it to use only as needed
