DOes Allah swt guarentee any way for forgiveness of major sins like zina, like he does minor sins when saying subhanallah wa bi hamdihi x 100, making wudu, ramadan, etc?

Already pray all fard and pray sunnah almost all of the time. Pray witr every night.

Is the only option making hajj?
