Are there any Muslim charities that accepts bitcoins

The reason I’m asking is because I was told that if I send to Palestinian people in Palestine, it doesn’t even reach them because the jews take it! And someone told me I can donate by bitcoin. Is this feasible ? I don’t even know how bitcoins works!
