the money we give for zakat and sadaqah is not our own money but money Allah has blessed us with to be able to provide the sustenance of others. Allah blesses us with wealth so that we can pass the test of generosity while greed overtakes us, and earn jannah, inshallah. and Allah provides sustenance to all of his slaves even the smallest of the insects.

the prophet SAW was very generous all year but the sahaba said his generosity during Ramadan was "like the wind" and imagine the wind in the desert, it is very strong and blowing nearly all the time.

I compiled this list of major Muslim charities recently and will be donating every night remaining in Ramadan inshallah!

I will post a screenshot of my donation afterwards. OF COURSE I will also focus on praying tahajjud. at least 2 rakat when you wake up for suhoor is easy and very rewarding. and making lots of dua!! the prophet SAW recommended a Dua for laylatul qadr:

It was narrated from ‘Aishah that she said: “O Messenger of Allah, what do you think I should say in my supplication, if I come upon Laylatul-Qadr?” He said: “Say: ‘Allahumma innaka ‘afuwwun tuhibbul-‘afwa, fa’fu ‘anni (O Allah, You are Forgiving and love forgiveness, so forgive me).’
