Salam,

I've heard some Christians stating that Islam cannot be true because the 'author' of the Quran misunderstands the Trinity and Christianity. I'm not completely sure what they're referring to but I have a general idea.

What is our refutation of this? Were the beliefs of Christianity at the time of the prophet different?
