Hi, I am not Muslim but this person I used to be friends with is. They recently reached out to me to apologize for something that was from over a year ago, so it caught me off guard. In my religion we have a holiday similar to Ramadan (but it’s only one day) where we fast and ask for forgiveness from god. For us, it is common to reach out to people and ask for forgiveness as well. My question is, is that a thing in Ramadan as well? Thanks :)
