Assalamualaikum everyone,
So I am y’all. Really tall.
When I pray and put my head on the ground, the blood rushing and the pressure put on my head gives me a headache, and can even sometimes trigger longer-lasting migraines.
It’s a deterrent and a large reason why I don’t pray as much as I should. What does Islam say about alternatives?
