I understand that in the Old Testament it kind of had to do with the fact that pigs are unhealthy and dirty. But considering that Mohammed came about much later I don’t understand why it is still considered a big deal. Since we now Live in the modern age and understand how to properly cook pork would Muslims ever consider changing their view on this?
