The argument that some Israelists use for the occupation of West bank is that the area what is now the called West bank is written in the Books of the jews and thus theirs. What would the case be if Madina or some other religious sight was occupied by Non islamic folks. Could Islamic folk say; "You can't occupy this, because this is the religous land of the muslims?'.
