I hope you are doing well In Shaa Allah. I know right now we are in troubling times due to the virus outbreak. A lot of families are struggling and are in need of help due to loss of financial security and jobs.
I am personally close to one of these families. They are struggling right now to make ends meet and will not be able to financially survive the next few months without assistance. They are a nice Catholic family, with their primary son being a potential convert to Islam In Shaa Allah. The son has been going through some medical issues and has a lot of medical bills to pay off, on top of everyday household expenses.
They can not go through the traditional route of seeking government assistance due to them being DACA recipients whose DACA is currently in the process of being renewed after expiring. Essentially having no status means they have less doors of opportunity to receive monetary help.
I was wondering if there was anything or any type of support they can receive to make it out of these hard times?
