Those asking for dropping and cancelling the congregational and Jumu'ah prayer in its entirety in a locality, is going too far

Shariah only advised the sick/suspected attendant from not attending.

The mere fear doesn't lift the ruling on establishing ongoing congregational prayers in any land.

No scholar has ever stated this

Lastly, Shaykh Abdul Wahid Azhari wrote:

"Whoever says that the Jumu'ah or congregational prayers have to be dropped because of the mere fear of gathering in enclosed areas is being reckless..."
