I’m currently living in Asia where it can reach 36 degrees or more in temperature. Although I know Ramadan will be decently early on in the year in April I’m still going to be dealing with a temperature of probably 30 degrees or so. I’m more used to doing Ramadan in cooler countries where the temperature is much lower, probably 15-20 degrees.
With it I’m wondering how I can best gear myself up for preparing early so I don’t keel over within 5min. Air conditioning is in most buildings and I work an indoor job so exposure to direct heat isn’t an issue as such. I’m more worried about dehydration more than anything else.
Jazalhallah khayr for any advice!
