Today, I asked a question on how to pray since my knees hurt and crackle when I get down to pray. I found the solution! A person on YouTube gave amazing advice. I used a foam roller on the quadricep above my right knee (the knee that hurts) then I put a pillow above my calves while I sit in the seiza position. I do this daily for a half hour and I can finally pray regularly again. I’m coming back to prayer after leaving it for a couple months. Subhanallah
