Have any scholars released rulings around Salaah for places that become infected with the virus?
All I know is that people have now been banned from leaving their homes in Wuhan. Iran's health ministry has cancelled jummah in many places. Saudi has restricted people from coming into their country, but those living within are still allowed in the Haram for umrah, tawaaf and Salaah The virus can spread if you're within 6 feet of an infected person.
So... are we supposed to cancel Salaah in the masjid if infections reach our city, and only pray alone at home? Or do we stand 6 feet apart rather than shoulder to shoulder? Or something else?
I can't find anything on the fiqh Q & A sites that I usually visit and the lack of answers makes me even more concerned.
