My father who came here alone to the U.S has been here for 35 years. Tomorrow I say goodbye to him as heads home for the first time since he left.
I can only pray that his family welcomes him with open arms and that Allah protects him during the last years of his life. But more than anything I want him to come back
If he should choose to stay then I hope to meet him in Mecca as a Father and Son who are both coming together to worship Allah.
I never had the best relationship with my father and bought him here to another state because he woke up paralyzed from a coma after having a stoke. Since he has been here it has been hard for him. So we both decided for him to go back home and hope he finds peace with his family.
I know this is the internet and you are all strangers but can you kindlyinclude this father and son in your prayers for me?
