As salaamu alaikum, I recently did a sexual act with my partner (not married yet)(only lasted literally a few seconds, no sex, it was only touching stuff) until I had anxiety about it. I am feeling the guilt of possibly/most likely doing something haraam - I try to justify myself that this is the person I plan to marry (it is) and that temptation is there - but I'm trying to love Allah more. I am going to pray fajr in a few hours, what should I add in my prayers? to show sincere repentance. Peace be with you.
