I live in the USA, and I'm considering becoming a vegetarian. The main reason is because of the poor way that chickens, cows, and fish are treated here. I'm okay with halal chicken and beef, but I just don't like lamb in general. I understand that it's okay to eat certain animals, I just hate how poorly animals for consumption are treated.
