Imam Ibn Hanbal: Celibacy has nothing to do with Islam. The Prophet ﷺ married 14 women, and he died being married to 9 of them. Had Bishr al Harith (a famous muslim saint) married, his religion would have been complete. When people abandon marriage, they abandon many other (important) acts in life.
