Does Islam permit it? I am avoiding the whole Satanic cult argument and conspiracy theories, as they're not true. It's a fraternal organization internationally. I'm incredibly lonely with little close friends that I can confide in. I have been lonely my whole life and want friends/brothers that I can watch their back as they have mine. You need to believe in religion to join. Very inspiring men have been Freemasons (Nat King Cole, Benjamin Franklin, Mozart, Buzz Aldrin, George Washington, Mark Twain, Oscar Wilde, Shaquille O'Neal). Any Muslim masons here or know of any?
