Hello everybody. I have never meditated before besides namaaz because I always taught It was strictly Hindu but I was wondering if it would be halal to meditate with quranic verses and phrases such as subhanallah. I recognize namaz as the best form of meditation but it doesn’t work well for me because I have ADHD and am never truly in the state of mind to pray and get the benefits of meditation. So would It be shirk to do this?
