When we see unjust people 'blessed' in this life: "So let neither their wealth nor their children stir your admiration. God only intends to punish them thereby in the life of this world and that their souls may vanish while they are disbelievers." (9:55)

This verse is in a section where Allah discusses the hypocrites, but I think the meaning in general is applicable to more people.
