I’m a young Muslim who has been growing up in a post 9/11 society, however, I was wondering what issues have Muslims dealt with before this horrible tragedy had occurred in America. What did Islamophobia look like back then and how common was it?How has Islamophobia transformed in the 20th century?

I apologize if this post isn’t very uplifting, but I would really love to know more about our community’s struggles throughout time!
