Hello guys. Im an exmuslim and this is something i was thinking about. Muhammed had children, but none of his male children ever survived past infancy. They all died. My question is this: why didn't Muhammad ask Allah to extend the life of his children? Why didnt he ask Allah to spare their lives? Now you might be tempted to answer: Muhammad doesn't ask for personal favors. But i beseech you to remember this: its a well known fact and enshrined in various hadiths that Muhammad used to have sex with ALL his wives EVERY NIGHT. ALL HIS WIVES. All 13 of them. EVERY NIGHT. No human is capable of such a feat. You might say: "Allah gave him the strength to be able to have sex." So you agree that Allah did interfere in muhammeds personal and sexual life. Either he did it without asking Muhammad, (which is extremely unlikely) or Muhammad asked for that power, himself. If he asked for the power to have sex gazillion times, he could have asked to spare the life of his children. But his male children died. Which leads to this question: Did Muhammad care more about sex than the life of his own children? Please think deeply before answering.
