So, today I was pretty obligated to go to a work social event at my office and as per usual the American vendors always have to have their alcohol and so alot of my co-worker were drinking around me. Which resulted in me witnessed and hearing people having and making so many wrong choices to the point that if I could drink I wouldn't dare. So what I witnessed was so many stupid and irrational acts that made me think why would anyone in their right minds drink alcohol. And this made me so thankful to be a Muslim and inshallah one day I hope to have a business, so that I am no longer dependant on this job to contribute to my family and so that I can be removed from this toxic environment and so that I am not surrounded by this worng crowd.
Thank you everyone for listening to my rant and I just needed a place to vent and comfort myself because nothing soothed my heart more than reading the Quran and hearing the voice of my community speak about our beloved religion in all of its Glory.
