I'm hoping someone with more knowledge than I do can help me with this.
I understand that Gheebah is permissible in a handful of specific scenarios (e.g. Complaining about injustice to one in authority)
So is Gheebah permissible for me in the following scenario. I genuinely believe someone has wronged me (putting it lightly). Is it permissible for me to discuss what happened to me to a close friend because I need advice on how to deal with the situation?
