Nobody knows the cause of them and Allah hands them out to people for no apparent reason. It's literally the most painful thing in the world. They are called suicide headaches because people kill themselves just to get away from the pain. Why? Plus it's haram to kill yourself so they'll probably go to Hell. This does not affect my iman at all I just want some clarity from people who are wiser than me and have more taqwa. Because it seems like people are set to fail. I thought Allah doesn't burden a soul more than it can handle so I feel like I'm just missing something big here.
