Khadija was 40 years old when she got marred to the Prophet (saw) and they had six children together and were married for 25 years. Is it the case then that she had her children in her 40s and 50s? This seems really old and extremely rare. It's not impossible since a British woman had a child at the age of 59 but women's ovarian reserves are tiny by the time they hit 40 meaning a chance of pregnancy is remote and basically non-existent by the time they hit 55.
