Hi, genuine question, I just found myself down a really interesting rabbit hole of learning about Muslim prayers and timing... and I was sort of agog when I read that the last one in the day is apparently close to midnight, and the first one is before dawn.
Isn't that like... 4-5 hours max between prayers in most places and seasons? Don't people feel tired? How is this managed?
When I looked it up, people even said that it is better (more... compliant, I guess) not to go back to sleep after the first prayer because early morning work is good.
So, I'm just really wondering how everyone gets enough rest with this sort of requirement, or if I've maybe misunderstood something.
