I learned about masturbation during sixth grade in middle school I never actually started masturbating until a year later. And I regretted it ever since. What made it worse is discovering how to access prom through vpn two years ago and two years later I still continue to watch porn. In fact I just got finished watching one 10 minutes ago but this time I hold real regret this time I want to stop this time I’m not just going to say I’m going to stop and then do it I really want to it’s affecting my beliefs and praying. Now most of the time I’m horny and I don’t like that I don’t like it at all. I hate the fact I discovered porn and I hate the fact I knew how to acess it. Please help me find ways to stop this sickening and addicting thing. Please any way.
