Father prays too loudly during fajr and then plays Qur'an loudly after. What to do?

I know if I say something it will cause an argument. Most of the time I will pray after he is done with fajr because I can't concentrate with him praying so loudly. Right after that he goes to sleep with the Quran on full blast which means most of the time I won't be able to sleep after fajr. He also likes sleeping with all of the lights on.

Telling him he is doing so many offensive things at once will surely cause a heated argument.
