I’m a Protestant Christian who loves religion in general. I’m mostly on this sub to learn about Islam and see how I can incorporate some of Islam’s ideas and philosophies in my faith.
Recently my dad has been showing signs of Islamophobia. One standout moment was when he criticized trump for working with Saudi Arabia, not for the reasons you might think but because they are quote “Muslims”. He has never really said anything racist or islamophobic before so I was pretty surprised. When I told him that what he just said was very generalizing and racist, he laughed at me.
What should I do, should I just ignore it or do something about it?
