Shaykh Sālih al-Fawzān حفظه الله said:
“Phrases such as ‘mā shā Allāh’ and others [similar to it i.e.the Exalted Name of Allāh or one of His beautiful Names and Attributed] placed on cars are not permissible.”

TN: The Names of Allāh, the Almighty the Majestic, should be respected and honoured. It is impermissible to write them on a place where they may be exposed to disrespect, and/or where filth and impurities may reach them. Translation: Authentic Quotes
