Feels like a backwards transition to me.

I can understand the draw towards something like Atheism, but converting to Christianity seems like you're taking two steps back imo.

You go from a stable monotheism to a pseudo monotheism. You go from an otherworldly God to one that mingles with Humans like the Greek gods. You go from scripture sent directly to a prophet, to scripture that was collected by regular people and compiled to the best of their own ability.

It would make more sense to convert to Judaism imo since they share more in common with Islam.

Anyways, does anyone know any converts to Christianity and what their explanation was.

I'm interested because I read about that token convert Evangelicals prop up like an ex-Muslim on Fox News. Guy is named Nabeel Qureshi.

Unfortunately this dude and Imam Tawhidi have best seller books on Amazon in the "Islam" category and that's how I found out about him.
