I’ve heard this here and there, even though there’s clear evidence of it not being the case (the nature of Islam, Zaid Ibn Harith, etc). But a friend brought up gender limitations (ie an adopted son not being able to see his adopted mother without the hijab in adulthood, as he’s technically non-mehram. I’ve been looking for a counter and can’t find one, what do you all think?
