My female Muslim cousin is marrying a supposedly Christian Male. This is by no means falls within our religion. Somehow they even gathered a imam to do the wedding.
My question, should I attend the wedding? I'm located in USA and this wedding will be in a different state then where I live. My entire family is going. My issue is they are calling this wedding a Muslim wedding when it's not one. Should I go or avoid it? I really want to but my parents think I should for face keeping sake. Opinions please. Also please share as much authentic hadith or information as possible. Thank you. Salaam.
