So, I have been interested in the following questions.

Do Muslims believe the Quran (in Arabic) to be the literal words that God said or do they believe that it is the writings of Muhammad who was inspired by God?

Do Muslims believe that Quran has any textual history or any historical context? Like, do you believe Quran was influenced by the literature or narratives of its time or no?

Do Muslims believe that the Quran can be studied from a non-Islamic, scholarly point of view?

P.S: I am Eastern Orthodox, so forgive me for my lack of knowledge.

Thx
